Beefing Up

Where to buy Akaushi, the best beef in Texas.

Back Talk

Pat Sharpe says: Lamberts used to serve an Akaushi steak, but I have not checked recently. If you go to the HeartBrand Beef web site, they might have a list of places that buy it. Or you could email them from the site. I know they sell to the public online. Good luck. It’s pretty awesome. (March 11th, 2010 at 11:54am)
