Use Public Schools to Deliver State Services

State government should better utilize the infrastructure of public schools, especially elementary schools, to deliver state services to adults. Elementary schools are located in every community in the state, and the capital infrastructure (rooms, computers, phone lines) is way underutilized on weeknights and weekends. State services would be held more accountable and be more effective if local communities had direct interaction with the state through their schools. And it would have an additional benefit of getting folks into the classrooms, where many never would have ventured.
