Fletcher over Van Arsdale 55-44, but lots of votes still out. Still, it’s hard to overcome a sizeable early vote lead. Fletcher is going to win. Dan Patrick is going to be insufferable. Oh, he already is. (Sorry, Dan. It’s too good a line to pass up.)
