… a TX-DOT amendment by Gallego. Wants to stop raids on fund 6 to build parking lots for state agencies. That’s $10 million. Chisum says it’s for parking lots for new buildings at universities built with the help of TRBs. Chisum moves to table. 96-50 to table. Now we’re on 182. I guess Van Arsdale wimped out. They’re now through with 3/4 of the 240 amendments at midnight.

I’m going to call it a night.
