Here’s a chance to see some big-deal Texas chefs, all in one place at one time. The Hill  Country Wine & Food Festival puts on the ritz for its  “Texas Culinary Masters” dinner every year. This year it’s going to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel, on Thursday, April 16, at 6:30. The lineup is as follows: John Tesar (formerly of the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, a.k.a. the Man Without a Restaurant); Tyson Cole (Uchi, Austin); Paul Petersen (Gage Hotel, Marathon); and Elmar Prambs (Trio, at the Four Seasons, Austin). Plus, Naomi Gallego, Trio’s pastry chef. Yes, it’s steep: $150. But all the courses are paired with wines. And there’s a champagne reception afterward. Reserve now–it sells out quickly.
