In the mood for a pleasurable evening and food that gets your taste buds out of a rut? Avail yourself of the generous but never intrusive hospitality of Pennee and Paul Chanyaman, who continue to upgrade every aspect of this fine-dining oasis. Since our last visit they have added a modest but well-chosen selection of affordable wines and sev-eral tempting specials to supplement their long list of Thai standards. A red snapper filet and tender grilled lamb chops, both served with grilled vegetables, curry, and an artfully carved wedge of pineapple, were de-lightful (for the curry, choose your heat level carefully).
