(From August 2009) After delighting in the authentic food and warm hospitality, we always leave vowing to return more often to this proud, family-run enterprise. An intriguing appetizer of “Hog Wings” (succulent pork shank in a peanut curry sauce) started things off well. We then chose chicken with yellow curry (fairly mild) and beef with green curry (attention-grabbing), both served in young coconuts. Paul, our host, taught us to spoon a layer of tender coconut meat from the inner shell to add dimension to the mix of vegetables and meat. Beer & wine.
