(From August 2009) The folks at Pink’s (one in the Heights, the other in the Montrose) take their pie-making seriously. Choose from twenty hand-tossed varieties, plus a lengthy selection of toppings. We opted for the Bada Bing, tempted by its bonanza of classic ingredients (pepperoni, mushrooms, provolone, bacon, mozzarella). Designed for takeout or delivery, both locations have a few counter stools in case you just can’t wait. The menu also includes a short list of sandwiches, pastas, and salads, plus cheesecake and “Crack Brownies,” which are indeed addictive.
