(From October 2010) Determined to use chopsticks as expertly as all the other diners in this handsome blond-wood space, we confess that it probably took us twice as long to polish off our meal. But it was no hardship. Pan-fried dumplings filled with cellophane noodles, green onions, and tofu came with a delicious soy-based dipping sauce with onion, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes, while the beautiful red bento box—six portions of a California roll, four pieces of sushi, seaweed salad, miso soup, and bulgogi (shredded ribeye steak) on rice—more than sated our appetites. Beer & wine.
