Our winner in the local burger wars is this new hot spot (and we mean hot—seriously, fix the AC). A key component of the patty principle is the juice factor, and it rates quite high for these griddled babies, which management assures us are made fresh daily. A side of crispy hand-battered onion rings and a vanilla malt to chase it down with put smiles on our faces. And you have to admire a place that offers funnel cakes and gluten-free buns.
