The Ritz-Carlton bar in Houston dresses up the season's most favored drink -- bubbly.

1/2 ounce cognac
1/2 ounce framboise
1/2 ounce Chambord
5 ounces brut champagne
3 fresh raspberries

Combine spirits in champagne flute. Float raspberries on top. Serves 1.
