Watermere at Southlake, a master-planned development for homeowners age 55 plus, invited guests to a “Holiday Tour of Homes” event giving them the chance to view some of the select Custom Villa and Luxury Condominium residences of Watermere while enjoying holiday hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

“Our Clubhouse is beautifully decorated for the holidays each year, and I am glad we got to share it with guests at our ‘Holiday Tour of Homes,’” said Laurie Lilly, executive director, Watermere at Southlake. “With families spending more time together during the holidays, this was the perfect time to provide select viewings of our Villa and Condominium floor plans and give people an idea about the lifestyle that Watermere offers.” 

The event included carolers who serenaded the group with classic holiday songs. Guests also had the chance to win door prizes that offered gift certificates to some of the best restaurants in Southlake.
