"The Unbelievable True Tales of A Tall Texan" takes you year by year from 1968-1992 following the exploits of a young, East Texas, farm boy while being shadowed by the FBI, mafia and mercenaries.
Born the son of a mafia hit man and a suped up, Bible-thumping, scripture-quoting, Southern Baptist for a mother, Stapleton Grey stays true to form from youth to adult hood, getting in trouble at the drop of a hat while trying to do good.
"The Unbelievable True Tales of A Tall Texan" is an action packed, funny, sad story with lost love.

This sentence alone will get me to read this book:
"Born the son of a mafia hit man and a suped up, Bible-thumping, scripture-quoting, Southern Baptist for a mother..."
Sounds fascinating.

The Unbelievable True Tales of a Tall Texan is a fantastic read. The pages almost turn themselves.
This book is funny, sad and at times pretty violent but when the content deals with hit men, the Dixie mafia and the FBI what do you expect?
Some of the tales are truly unbelievable but Stapleton Grey has a way of bringing you into the story right next to him, allowing you to see what he is telling.
THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ!
