Watermere at Southlake, Southlake’s first and only master-planned development for homeowners 55 plus, recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of the clubhouse with an open house and live radio broadcast. Guests and residents enjoyed refreshments, live music, black jack and tours of the 35,000 sq. ft. clubhouse.
“Everyone enjoyed themselves at the first year anniversary celebration of our one-of-a-kind clubhouse,” said Laurie Lilly, executive director of Watermere at Southlake. “The unmatched amenities and services of Watermere’s clubhouse are a big draw and we were happy to celebrate its success today.”
Also part of the celebration was a donation presentation to GRACE – Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange by the residents and staff of Watermere. Jan Smith, volunteer manager of GRACE was there to accept the donation.
