D2 Architecture, a Dallas-based architectural firm that specializes in senior living design solutions, has named Ryan McLean as project architect. McLean has more than 12 years experience in the field of architecture.

As project architect, McLean is heavily involved in D2 projects from design development through construction administration. He has overseen a handful of senior living community projects - the focus of D2 Architecture - and many others such as health care buildings and municipal buildings.

"I enjoy working with the solid team at D2 Architecture,” said McLean.  “D2’s focus on senior living design allows me to gain experience in that growing specialization as well as expand into the constantly changing multi-family field.”

“I rely greatly on McLean’s expertise and managerial skills,” said David Dillard, president and lead designer at D2 Architecture. “He is an asset to our firm as he moves with agility across all phases of our work, from the design stages to construction.”

Founded by president and principal David Dillard, D2 Architecture is a Dallas-based design firm that specializes in senior living solutions nationwide. The company embraces and advocates a culture of resident-driven design and dedicates itself to providing creative thought leadership that raises the bar industry wide. Currently operating with a staff of 13, the company is committed to providing highly responsive client service via senior level staff and a flat management structure with a bias for creative design.
