WATERCREST COMMUNITIES HOST FIRST ANNUAL HEART WALK

Watercrest at Bryan and Isle at Watercrest–Bryan recently hosted their First Annual Heart Walk on the
communities’ campus. More than 30 Bryan locals signed up to walk 1.1 miles to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle.

“Health and fitness become increasinglyimportant as one ages,” said Tommy Wood, executive director, Isle at Watercrest–Bryan. “We want to thank the participants for furthering our goal of not only promoting emotional and mental health, but a person’s physical well-being. Both Watercrest at Bryan and Isle at Watercrest–Bryan are equipped
with fitness and wellness centers and focus on catering to residents’ unique health needs.”

The first 50 registrants received free T-shirts at the event. After the walk, participants were offered refreshments, snacks and free vital sign screenings provided by Family Home Health.

Isle at Watercrest–Bryan is located at 4091
Eastchester Drive on the Watercrest at Bryan campus in Bryan, TX. With a total of 57 assisted living and 36 skilled nursing apartments in the community, Isle
