Watermere at Southlake Executive Chef Pedro Toledo recently shared the fabulous Watermere dining experience with guests
during their April Chef’s Meet and Greet event. Guests were also invited to meet
the team of Watermere and to tour showcase Custom Villas and Luxury Condominiums.

“It is all about providing a healthy, exciting and flavorful menu for our homeowners,” said Chef Toledo. “Since this was everybody’s first visit to Watermere, I wanted to show our guests what homeowners experience in La Mer Restaurant on a daily basis and express to them the importance we place on creating an exceptional dining atmosphere.”

“More than 30 people attended our April Chef’s Meet and Greet event and gave us the chance to show guests a different aspect of Watermere,” said Laurie Lilly, executive director. “We are currently expanding and now offering luxury leasing on a few select showcase Condominium residences at special value pricing.
