Spaghetti Squash Hj’s List of

Squash Salad Hj’s

Make spaghetti squash salad as U would potato salad.

Cook a half of spaghetti squash 6 minutes covered in microwave after removing seeds. Depending on big the squash is.

Season as usual with dressings –hard boiled eggs- pickles- olives- onions ñ Ur favorite seasonings mixed-cut with knife so squash isn’t long ñ chill well covered.

‘What a wonderful way to eat more veggies ñ crunchy delicious flavor.

Season I use is salt –pepper- garlic granular- mayo mixed with apple vinegar –touch of yellow mustard ñ little sugar if U choose. Throw in anything U like from that point - good as it is.

Or

Cook the same or bake it after removing seeds covered- remove spaghetti squash from shell -mix any meats or sauces from marinara to alfredo sauce to mixing with hamburgers ñ cheese

Or throwing cheese over top – eat plain with seasonings of butter-garlic granular-salt ñ pepper Yum

Make salads with shrimp or scallops adding any seasonings or dressing U like with julienne jicima – slices of avocado. What a treat with some fruit thrown in,

Here is one of those mistakes I also speak of that turns out great.

Fried the squash little to much ñ so sautéed up some shredded other veggies carrots- little onion thin sliced-zucchini squash – broccoli crumbled fine ñ cooked pretty much through. Removed from heat ñ add the squash ñ mixed all together – made bird nest when cooled off some with only egg whites ñ butter - formed them into pikes of little flat nest ñ fried them or bake them. What a way to have UR children or UR self eat more veggies.

Typing can think of many other ways with sausage or ham ñ even soup creamed or with beef. Again cutting the squash into bite size pieces. Cook the meat till tender with how ever U choose or throw in some tomato canned ñ diced ñ the squash.

Add mushrooms just mulitple ways to use this even on sandwiches
