Red Lobster Cheese Fondue in Bread Bowl

The 3 meats used are crab meat, lobster tail meat and CRAWFISH meat. And the only recipe that I have tried that actually comes close is this one.

2 cups Velveeta

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. paprika

nutmeg to taste (not required)

1 broiled lobster tail, 1/4 lb. crawfish tail meats, chopped, 1/4 lb. crab meat*

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT red bell, in a pan. Heat med-low heat until all is melted through. When ready to serve- garnish with red bell pepper and little parsley

Note~ Use all 3 seafoods to equal about ½ lb. or more of meat chopped.

Make bread bowl -remove cap off the bread -hollow it out being careful to do it in chunks to serve with the fondue.

Spray inside of the bowl ñ extra pieces of bread with light olive oil - broil till golden.

Combine all other ingredients EXCEPT red pepper ñ parsley in pan

(if you are subbing with crab don’t add here or it will lose it’s lumps!.

Heat on medium low till cheese is melted.

Stir in pepper (and crab if using.

Pour into bread bowl as much as will fit into it.

Garnish with chopped red pepper ñ parsley serve hot with fondue forks

Add little cayenne or red crushed pepper flakes if U want it hotter.

A bread knife comes in handy towards the end to cut the bread bowl up into chunks toward the end.

Hope this recipe doesn’t run all together. Charlie said he would fix it.. HOPEFULLY
