Baked Bread Snacks or for Anytime

6 slices French or sourdough bread
1 lb. Cheddar cheese grated
6 beaten eggs
2 ½ c. milk
salt ñ pepper to taste
Garlic granular to taste (optional
1 small can chopped green chilies to taste
Remove crusts from bread break into pieces
Combine all ingredients. Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish or pan. Pour all in
Soak overnight in refrigerator.
Bake 1 hour 350° F. until crusty on top ñ knife comes out clean. 6 servings. Let rest about 6 minutes. Cut ñ serve.
