Chili Rellenos Casserole

Ingredients
- chili Rellenos Casserole
- 1 lb cheddar, grated
- 1/2 lb jack cheese, grated
- 2 4 oz cans whole green chilies
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lg can evaporated milk
How to make it
- cut chilies into strips
- line casserole with a layer of chilies
- cover with cheeses and another layer of peppers
- Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk; pour over cheese.
- Bake at 350 until custard sets.
- Serve with garlic bread.
