Prime Rib was Outstanding again this Year

posted in meat [more from this topic] by Hj on Saturday, December 25th 2010 at 6:58 PM.

Large Prime rib with bacon n little pieces of bacon in slits of the prime -seasoned with salt-pepper n garlic granular- fat side up draped with many slices of fresh slab bacon - little reduced soy sauce over top.  Little a jus paste on the bottom of foiled pan.

Placed temp gage in the thickess part of meat.

Baked in slow oven to perfection with all the juices  n flavor one could ever ask for.

Served with my horseradish sauce.

Note~ covered till last 15 or 20 minutes of being done n uncovered so it browned better.
