7 Layer Cookie Bar

7 Layer Bar

1/4 lb. Margarine
1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. coconut
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. nuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt margarine in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer in pan as listed: coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and nuts, pouring the Eagle Brand milk over all. Bake for 25 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares, bars or triangles. This 7 layer recipe makes 36 squares.

tagged: and if you add fresh fruit be aware of the liquid you will be adding to it and adjust acordingly. you could even cut back on the candy and add some custard or cheesecake mix to it. make it yours!!!!!!, baby ruths (chopped), fruit, i found this online and there are many there. you can add almost anything you want to such as granola, sweetened cream cheese
