Creamy Chicken ñ Roasted Peppers

3 lbs. chicken cut up or use parts U lik seasoned with  1 T. cumin powder– 1 T. chili powder- cilantro chopped

1/2  lb. kielbasa cut into slices

4  slices bacon fried drain  crumbled –set to side

1) 10  oz. tub Philly Original Cooking Crème

2 T. milk –more if needed

4  anaheim chiles  roasted peeled seeded dice

2  poblano roasted peeled seeded cut into strips

1 tomato seeded chopped

 

 

Fry bacon in large skillet –remove to paper towel to drain – set aside

Same large skillet with only about 1 T. of bacon fat on –cook cut up chicken ñ kielbasa on medium heat 10 minutes- or until browned on both sides turning occasionally seasoned with cumin powder- chili ñ cilantro. Cover cook 10 minutes or till cooked. Drain any liquid from skillet.

Stir in cooking cream- milk- all chiles cook- covered- on medium low heat 2 to 3 minutes. or until heated through- stirring occasionally. Top with tomatoes just before serving.
