Coke a Cola Pop Pot Roast Crock Pot

3 lbs. beef lean

2 T. olive oil

28 ozs. tomatoes and juice

1 cup coke pop diet or regular

1 onions chopped

1 envelope  Spaghetti sauce mix

rnLittle tomato paste in a tube

salt to taste

1 tsp. garlic powder

Brown the roast in oil for 10 minutes on each side, and drain the fat. Remove roast to crock pot. In a bowl, break up the tomatoes in their juice, adding all other of the remaining ingredients into tomatoes and juice and stirring until spaghetti sauce mix it is dissolved well. Pour over the meat.

rnCover and simmer until meat is very tender. Thicken the sauce with little tomato paste if needed.

Serve over sliced meat. Add sliced potatoes if you prefer.
