Basic Ingredients~

2 cans Stokes Chili with Pork (Walmart sells

Add 1 lb. lean hamburger* placed in just enough
water to cover

Green chilies roasted as many as U want I use lots

2 T. cumin powder

1) 10” tortilla cut or tear into tiny tiny pieces*

See Notes for variation~

Soak lean gr. meat into COLD water-enough to barely cover meat ñ break down meat to look like Taco Bell in pot or large skillet.  Heat ñ brown hamburger -add roasted Chiles- cumin powder –stir well add Stokes Chili with Pork-torn up tortillas (*tomatoes if U want.

Add everything else-stir ñ cook through ñ serve over
rice or noodles or boiled quartered taters.  Even good with just dip with corn chips as is or add some Mexican Blend grated cheese over top ñ heat till cheese melts.   Fast easy meal.  Or throw over corn chips like nachos

Notes~* 1 or 2 diced small plum or roma tomatoes (can nadd cold if U want

Ad some cilantro green chili seasoning ñ salt to taste ñ tiny* rolled balls of dough for floured tortilla or used 1) 10" tortilla torn up. Make recipe doubled.

If U have made shredded beef replace the shredded beef for gr. hamburger.  Yes- can use chicken-turkey or pork.

Can thicken this up to roll this in burrito form also. Than freeze ñ wrap them for quick meals.

Even better the 2nd day if any left over-the flavors blend so well.

Sami Thxs but this system is too cumbersome to post on n why too much time consuming. I am not posting as much on this site posting on other sites that are much easier, the old set up on this site was easy for all to use! Send me a private message n I will tell U other sites U might like. Tx. monthly has been very gracious to me and all who post, but when the site thinks that all are computer experts in figuring out their system and it became so time comsuming to post or the site has flaws like U pointed out and they don’t listen ..they are wrong. The set up of entering from your computer to this one like just copy and paste like it used to be- isn’t that way anymore n time to me as to all is important. Sami = a few others n a few that have tried to post or post on this site- you know what I am speaking about.
