Fajitas~Beef -Chicken- Pork with Marinades

1½ to 2 lb. london broil, skirt steak or lean flank steak , or tri tip or 6 chicken breast halves boned ñ skinned  with using  same amount pork as steak if making pork

Marinade~
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 T. lemon or lime juice
2 T. soy sauce

2 green peppers ñ stems chopped
2 to 3 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp. ground black pepper coarse ground
2 T. cilantro leaves chop
2 T. jalapeño juice  or use 1 to 2 fresh jalapeño

Warm flour or corn tortillas

Garnishes: salsa- refried beans guacamole grilled sliced
onions grated cheddar or Mexican or Asiago or cheese chili con queso



 Fajitas~

Cut up veggies of green ñ red bell peppers thin slices with red and sliced white onions – roasted green chile or fresh sliced jalapeño’s sauté  just till semi soft or soft (UR choice- JUST before cooking meat ñ set aside-(otherwise the veggies ñ chiles burn when cooked with meat that was marinated in.

Remove all fat from steak or pork ñ chicken. Mix together all marinade ingredients ñ mix well in zip lock bags or any container ñ cover with turning
often- at least 6 hours or over night. Drain off liquid. Broil or broil over hot coals or in oven to the desired degree of doneness. Cut all meats diagonally in thin slices. Warm up the tortillas –ñ have bowls of garnishes ñ go to it

Notes~can make marinade with cumin powder- chili- powder of equal parts- with little oregano Mexican powder - lime or lemon juice –orange juice-garlic granular-onion powder- soy sauce- paprika ñ cilantros leaves. Sometimes I add little Liquid
Smoked Mesquite about 1 or 2 tsp. NO MORE it will over power it all.

Can make a pork verde to marinade pork in ~ if U liken make extra for the faijatas
