Hey everyone~ went to the market yesterday n of course, had to stop at the food center. From shrimp, ceviche,to soups, verde sauce, whole chicken’s freshly grilled- carne asada ~ you get the idea. Well they had these pieces of pork fried with some meat on n some with fat to a crisp. Salted n fresh lime juice squeezed all over them.. Oh my golly they were good. Now, since I know, one needs to eat this in moderation n take about 2 or 3 Lovaza pills daily 0after wards for the next two or three days to clear out the arties. The point is they were great. Than they were doing grilled chickens on the grill at Pro Rancher’s Market. Oh so, good n a meal already cooked. Also brought home some freshly roasted green chiles n what I didn’t use was frozen in packets to suit the needs n place in saran n than in zip lock baggies. I know that there is one in Texas somewhere.
