Burger Time Everyone

Okay it is HOT n HOTTER out now. Time for the grill or actually - anytime.
How about sharing Ur great burgers n in a couple of days, will start a post for Hot dawgs or Hot dogs with all UR favorite goodies.
~Here is one to start
1 lb gr. beef or gr. bison, or antople
1 can whole chiles drained seeded better use fresh roasted green chiles
4 sesame Kaiser rolls sliced in half n toasted
red onion sliced thinly
Monterey Jack cheese thinly sliced
mayonnaise
tomato sliced thin
Shape beef into 4 patties n BBQ to UR taste.
Melt a slice of cheese on each. Spread buns with mayonnaise- place a slice of tomato- a slice of red onion- burger patty n an chile on bun- top with bun on n what ever else U want.
Note~ Fry bacon ñ add to this with
thin slices of avocado
Oh, I will add this one also.
~BBQ Slaw Burgers.
2 lbs. ground sirloin
1 onion diced
1 bottle BBQ sauce UR fav
1 empty BBQ sauce filled with water
3 to 4 Tbsps. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper for zing or liquid mesquite
smoke
Buns
Cole slaw
Brown meat - onion in small amount of hot shortening. Add BBQ sauce- water with brown sugar. Bring to boil n simmer 2 hours- stir once in awhile.
Serve on buns with the coleslaw.
Add a side of baked potato skins of fries - or try a nice homemade potato or macaroni salad.
10 to 12 servings.

BBQ or Baked Fried Pepperoni Burgers Hj’s 1/4 lb. pepperoni . minced or use slices chopped remove rind * 1 lb. ground sirloin lean 1 garlic clove minced well or UR taste 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings or UR taste 1/4 c. Romano grated cheese 2 small gr. onion’s chopped pepper to taste Little ketchup if too dry when mixing all together.. Salt when burgers are cooked to UR likeness Slices of provolone/mozzarella cheese -place on burgers last couple minutes of cooking just to melt. **pepperoncini peppers sliced -remove seeds-stems place on top cooked burgers ~note~ sliced tomato’s - lettuce- mayo - or get creative. . Mix all 7 ingredients well ñ make patties-spray BBQ gill with Pam-fry or bake-cook the way U always do. Salt burgers only after cooking - cheeses on top burgers -toast buns on grill or steam them - add pepperoncini. Yes U can fry burgers also. ~Note~ sometimes I add diced pepperoni ñ pepperoncini drained to meat mixture-UR choice Can do this also with ground turkey or chicken - don’t have to use Italian Seasoning or green onion.
