Share Potato or Macaroni Salad Recipes

Okay~  tried the Hamburgers and NO responses.

How about sharing your potato or Macaroni Salad Recipes?

Have many recipes over the years that are really good. But it is time your all try to post and share.

Bacon Cheese Potatoes Cold 6 russet potatoes 6 bacon smoked slices 2 scallions reserve !/2 lbs. Velveeta or a good melting cheese of choice Lawery’s salt to season salt n pepper to taste 2 dollops sour cream 1 T. heaping mayo 2 ozs. of milk or evaporated milk 2 T. butter melted or olive oil Wash ñ cube with skins on potatoes. Cooking in boiling salted water about 15 minutes - drain. While potatoes are cooking- fry smoked bacon drain ñ crumble. Slice two scallions - reserve. Cube up on medium pkg. of Velveeta (or other good melting cheese Place a few cubes in bottom of large bowl. Pour drained potatoes into the bowl while they are still steaming season generously with Lawery’s Season salt ñ black pepper Add two healthy dollops of sour cream. Also add milk or evaporated milk – mayo- mix well. Take 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil 1/2 the scallions ñ ½ the crumbled bacon. Fold together until thoroughly combined ñ add to bowl ñ mix well. Garnish with remaining crumbled bacon ñ scallions. Chilled covered 4 hours
