Creamed Tequila Wine Lime Sauce

1 c. white wine

2 c. Tequila

2 shallot sections 
peeled  minced

10 cilantro sprigs

1/2 tsps. cumin powder

1/2 tsps. coriander powder

1/2 c. heavy cream

2 Tbsps. lime juice

3/4 lbs. unsalted butter



 

Mix together white wine- tequila- shallots- cilantro
sprigs- cumin n coriander. Reduce over medium high heat. Add cream- stir- cook
to  reduce. Once cream begins to
thicken,-lower heat - add lime juice. Mount sauce with butter ñ strain - keep
warm until time to serve.

Spoon small amount of cooked grits or rice  in center of a bowl. Drizzle sauce around
rice or  grits ñ top with 5 pieces of
shrimp. Enjoy Hj
