Another suggestion for Frito Pie. I grew up in East Texas and enjoyed this one. Frito Pie (Casserole) 1 large bag of Frito Corn Chips 2 cans of Wolfe Brand Chili (no beans) 1 small onion (small dice) 1 bag of medium chedder cheese Spray bottom of casserole dish with pam and layer with fritos. Spread half of the onion over the fritos and spread one can of chili over top. REPEAT PREVIOUS STEP and spread chedder cheese over the top. "IF YOU’RE FEELING SPICEY - ADD SLICED JALAPENO’S" WITH CHILI. Cook at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese has melted.

Welcome pete_grounds to Tx. Monthly recipe swap.*** Maybe all the ingredients didn’t show up to all *** So I shall guess- you used 1 bag of Frito’s into a dish - Heated and poured 1 can of Wolf Brand Chili Chedder Cheese over top with fresh diced onions on top of that.
