nirja best ~ welcome to posting on Tx. monthly. This recipe sounds really good. I hope this is how I interrupt your recipe. I guessed at ginger and as to where the garlic went and I hope it doesn’t run all together in the comment section. In case it does I added ** in between to separate groups.*** 4 ) 4 ozs duck breasts pound thin 3 Tbsp. salt ñ pepper or to taste or use sea salt with garlic*** White mix~ 2 egg yolks separate 4 Tbsps. cream cheese 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. pepper*** ~Yellow mix 2 Tbsps. mustard sauce Little salt 3 Tbsps flour *** 1 tsp. garlic 3 Tbsps. oil to fry *** Pound duck in four equal cuts- flatten it by beating it then marinate it with sea salt for 2 hrs. wipe it clean till the time of marinate*** Mix 2 egg yolks with cheese- ginger ñ pepper - beat it lightly. With egg white- whisk it well with mustard paste – add a little salt ñ 3 tablespoons flour.*** Prepare oven 6 minutes. After marinating duck - fold the duck ñ tie it now. Keep it upside down supported in the pan. Now- fill it with white mix ñ let it settle down- after 2 minutes - add yellow mix ñ let it settle. Pour oil ñ fry it properly in skillet till it turns brown.
