Lele crisp duck

For- 4 ingrediant- egg-2 mustard sauce-2 tbs boneless meat of duck-700gm garlic and paste- 1 spoon each flour-3 tbs cream cheese 4 tbs salt and pepper on taste sea salt-3 tbs oil-3tbs -method- take the duck in four equal cut, flatten it by beating it then marinate it with sea salt after 2 hrs wipe it clean till the time of marination mix 2 yolks with cheese ginger and pepper and beat it lightly. With the egg white, wisk it well with the mustard paste and little salt and 3 tbs flour. Prepare oven for 6 min.After marination, fold the duck and tie it now keep it upside down supported in the pan. Now fill it with white mix and let it settle down, after 2 min add yellow mix and let it settle. then pour oil and then fry it properly in transvere till it turn brown .

I guessed at ginger and as to where the garlic went and I hope it doesn’t run all together in the comment section.
