Garlic Honey Ribs

2 lbs. spare ribs or baby back  cut into 3 to 4 inch pieces


2 Tbsps. honey

2 Tbsps. Hoisin sauce

1 T. Oyster sauce

2 Tbsps. soy sauce

4  garlic cloves pounded

 

Olive oil to baste

Mix well in a large bowl or pan - all liquid ingredients EXCEPT olive oil with garlic.

Throw in cut rib with the above- marinate at least 4 hours or more.

Preheat oven 350 ° F.

Place ribs on baking tray on foil or parchment paper for easy clean up – bake 35 minutes or till tender – turning  ñ baste with little olive oil so meat won’t be dry.

When meat is tender –remove to platter ñ serve.
