football beefy cheese dip

1 pound ground beef

1 meedium onion,chopped

16 oz pkgs cream cheese

15 1/2 oz can black beans

4 1/2 oz. can chopped green chiles

1 cup sour cream

2 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese

8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.  Brown beef and onions together until meat is cooked.  Add cream cheese and cook until melted and then add the beans, green chili, cumin powder, chili powder plus the salt.  Off heat, add the Monterey Jack cheese and half of the cheddar.  Mix and pour into a baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese.  Cook until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
