Hey Sami, You can also slit and clean these mini peppers out, and fill with cold ~ chicken, shrimp-crab-or gucamole filling and serve as appetizers.Or make a combination of the fillings, These never last at holidays or parties. I make them ahead. Peanut butter or a dried beef n cheese filling good also. Macaroni Salad inside the halves are really good. Hj Happy Holidays to all and may you all be safe and enjoy the holidays. Things are tight in the money department for some, but making gifts of food are always wonderful. Make them in jars, or just bake them. Give in canisters or what every creative thing you might like. These gifts come from the heart and given with much love. Even fudge and speaking of. Where are all of your recipes to share with all?
