1/2 head cauliflower grated with cheese grater or *

1 whole egg plus 1 egg white lightly beaten

1/4 c. mozzarella cheese   2% shredded or regular or goat’s cheese

Sprinkled with little sweet dried basil oregano ñ parsley

1/2 to 1 tsp. onion powder or grated fresh

1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic granular

salt to taste

Romano cheese grated optional

1 tsp. olive oil

 Preheat oven 350 ° F.

In a bowl mix all ingredients - EXCEPT OIL - together
till mixed well.

Grate cauliflower with a cheese grater or** use a food processor or Ninja in less than 10 minutes for the whole head.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper ñ use olive oil to grease the parchment paper- OR spread on a pizza stone if making a pizza crust about 1/3 thick ñ score it a little- just not completely through the spread -will bake better.

Spread ñ flatten cauliflower mixture on parchment paper evenly - about 1 inch thick. Square off edges - making a rectangle or square.

Bake 40 minutes till slightly dried out- browning or firm to touch.

Remove from oven and using a spatula carefully peel away from parchment paper. Flip over -  return
to oven 10 more minutes. Serve with  marinara sauce  to dip in OR  make a pizza crust

Note~ try making this
with broccoli in place of cauliflower. Spreading thin will make thin bread flator roll for sticks to size U want. Using frozen cauliflower- dry well with
paper or cloth towel after unfrozen. Making pizza make about size of pan or tortilla size so U can flip it easy.
