One of the women who accused my husband when they were children, had her child removed by CPS recently. That child is also a child who is coerced to falsely accuse innocent people. The foster mother that the courts awarded this child to is the stepsister to this family. She also has a history with CPS. She is grossly overweight, her mother lives in a bed in thier living room, on oxygen and everyone smokes inside the house, no one works, all are unattractive, all are on government assistance. This family will be producing this child to be just like them.

This type of behavior is nothing new to me. My husband is a newly registered sex offender. He is 45 and his conviction happened in 1986. Accusations were brought against him in 1984 at the exact same time that the Mcmartin Preschool cases began to emerge in the news. Due to Texas legislatures amendment to the sex offender registration laws in 2006, my husband now must register for the rest of his life. We hired a attorney and a private detective to try and get a writ of habeus corpus to take his lying accusers back to court, but were not able to get a new trial. After further investigation we have uncovered 6 other men that these people have put behind bars and/or on the sex offender registries. As of today one man is in jail since 2008 for their their lies. These accusers have toaught their children and are now on the 3rd generation of liars that accuse innocent people of this horrific injustice. When this man goes to trial, it will be the very first time these liars will actually have to go to a cort of law and swear under oath their lies. Everyone else has taken pleas, becasue they were offered to get them less time, no time or probation.

Im ashamed that our justice system has entertained this poor excuse for a Mother(Margie) and even more sickened by the Sate of Texas for allowing her and her husband to foster children! It doesnt take a seasoned investigator to see the chaos she has created!!! GOD BLESS HER....CUZ SHE NEEDS IT!!!

it’s quite clear she is going for the insane defense when this all blows up in her face.
Her lawyer is going to put up all these comments and claim she is a schizo with multiple personality’s.
Her back up is going to be "My evil husband made me do it, I am abused."
Don’t buy it folks, she’s as nutty as a fox and merely supplying hubby with fresh bait.
On that, I’ll bet a Dinner and a case of beer.

At last the case will be back to being tried on its merits. You all really believe that 30 juriors were fooled they all had no mind of their own the days of the phoney Texas monthly artical and all the garbage that has been thrown at the Cantrells will come to an end and I’m glad I will finally get to talk. There have been alot of people trying to put doubt in peoples minds but when you are faced with facts that are tangeble you can’t discount it.

When Margie talks its with kindness I am not so nice and I am done being quiet. I have some e-mails from that so called victim and I will expose her for what she really is with MANY who will tell the whole truth so help us GOD.

Smith county has been above board. Jim Wheeler has set people up and allowed very leading interviews like I said proof is coming, he sent an amicus brief to defame but there is no truth to the interview there "are witnesses" to the set up we just didn’t know it was what "this trial" was about but we will be there and justice for the children will be served.
The defense has worked hard to detract from the issues in this case but what they don’t know is there is so much more to the amicus brief and how they conned the story to "save a wood county swinger" from prosicution truth and admissions are out there so let the trials go on.
The phony Texas Monthly artical will be exposed also.

If you will just hold on to your new artical you will see the truth, the defense has muddied the waters and now its time to clean up and expose their games the truth is out there and will come to light there has been alot of slander but no facts on the side of the defense. Facts,wittnesses and proof are coming, Please just let the trials go on you will see their scam.

I’m the editor of a small crime blog, and we covered this case back in 2008. I am now put in the unenviable position of having to not only retract our original story, which was written assuming we were being told the truth by the Smith County authorities, but also having to write an entirely new article explaining why these people are innocent and how they were railroaded by Smith County.
