TO UPLOAD YOUR AD MATERIALS:

  1. Fill out the form. Every field is required (except Notes/Comments).
  2. Before submitting, be sure to read the Advertiser Agreement.
  3. Click SUBMIT. This will take you to ibackup.com, where you‘ll need to enter this information:
    Username: txmopub
    Password: txmopub1

TEXAS MONTHLY Custom Publishing’s web-based FTP server account on ibackup is for advertiser use only. Files that are uploaded will be downloaded and archived within 3 days. You will receive an email notifying you that the file has been downloaded. Should any problems arise during processing, you will be called.

Files may not be deleted, tampered with, or downloaded by anyone other than the TEXAS MONTHLY Custom Publishing Department.

    Advertiser Agreement: TEXAS MONTHLY Custom Publishing requires a hard-copy proof for all ads. A proof from a SWOP-certified proofer must be provided in order to guarantee color. A laser print may be sent, but is not acceptable to guarantee color. For black and white ads, a laser print is sufficient. If time constraints make sending a hard-copy proof by deadline impossible, TEXAS MONTHLY Custom Publishing requires a faxed copy of the ad to verify placement of elements in the ad. Faxes should be sent to 512.476.9007 (ATTN: Sarah Morgan).
