Bill White, Houston Mayor (Thursday, January 10th 2008)

Mayor Bill White was popular enough to win reelection with an astounding 91% of the vote.  He preceded his tenure as mayor with impressive careers in law, business and politics. There’s even talk from many corners that White could seek office as Texas governor someday.
