Lively mariachi music greeted us when we arrived at this strip-center spot. Our instant good mood stayed with us while we sipped blue margaritas and sampled a delicious taco al pastor. The carnitas de puerco, pork marinated with orange and sautéed in its own juices, tasted just right, and our companion hardly paused to talk while he wolfed down his grilled chicken breast smothered in chipotle sauce and jack cheese. We skipped the flan but stayed for a few more tunes.
