A meal here might seem like déjà vu to those of us who remember downtown’s El Taxco; family ties have kept this menu true to favorites of years past. Arranged so its vivid colors match those of the Mexican flag, the enchilada plate (cheese enchilada with chili con carne, beef with sour cream, and chicken with verde sauce) makes an entrée for hungry eaters only. All you’ll have room for afterward is an airy sopaipilla dusted with cinnamon and sugar. Breakfast is served throughout the day if you’re so inclined. (7/12)
