Since our last visit, this local brewpub has morphed into a quite respectable gastropub, with a local-ingredients focus on the menu and imaginative chefery in the kitchen exemplified by various blackboard specials. Made-on-the-premises charcuterie appears, and a nice one at that, with such brew-friendly nibbles as pâté of pork and duck confit, bresaola, and coppa. The boardwalk deck overlooks the newly civilized lower River Walk; inside, you dine beneath the vats, and there’s a general ambience of bike talk, brew lore, and foodie commentary. Beer & wine.
