Diners don’t seem to mind the slower pace and are encouraged to linger over coffee or a glass of wine. Fresh bread, served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, kept us busy as we awaited our delightfully aromatic eggplant parmigiana smothered with melted cheese and homemade tomato sauce.
