The offshoot of a catering company, this historic spot has a proper tearoom tone but is hardly stuffy. The light menu is distinguished by edible garnishes and fresh-from-the-garden herbs; it seems birdsong and floral breezes settle into every dish, like dreamy cooked-just-right eggs Benedict with tender beef tips in an ancho chile sauce.
