This old building once housed the Tower Theater and still boasts a big screen showing old movies (sans the sound). Campechana, a chilled shrimp cocktail with avocado (and crab, for an extra two bucks), makes a light choice amid otherwise sturdy fare. The #10—cheese enchiladas with chile con carne and queso, along with refrieds and rice—is the quintessential Tex-Mex plate of brown and gold we all know and love. As for the fajitas, we found them tasty but chewy. Margaritas are fine, even the skinny version. Bar.
