This pocket-size dining room on the River Walk, ebullient and (thanks to the rock walls) noisy, serves a varied assortment of Mediterranean food. Go for the zesty Pasta Bella with shrimp, clams, and capers or the aromatic paella. Servers are never far away (in a room this small, how could they be?) so expect to be well taken care of. Appetizers are especially enticing; the carpaccio, frito misto, and eggplant Josephine all get meals off to a flying start. (7/13)
