It’s been a while since the menu has had an overhaul, but evening specials keep things lively. Achieving perfection was a salad of arugula, caramelized pears, goat cheese, and spiced pecans. We also relished our Kurobuta pork loin, dusted with maple sugar, ginger, and coffee. The cut was roasted to pink perfection and served with—take a breath—bourbon short ribs, fingerling potatoes, applewood-smoked bacon, a pile of crispy sweet potatoes, and fruit compote. The setting for this heavenly food is a lovely remodeled church with a soaring ceiling and graceful arches.
