The parking lot is always full, and there’s a line out the door at 11:30. The straight-ahead burgers are excellent, but venture further afield with the Jackie O, with lamb and feta, or the Amore: bison with a basil-garlic aioli, ham, baby spinach, and a Parmesan crisp. Skinny fries are enough to share (though we find the chipotle ketchup too zingy). (9/12)
