Tempting, creative bites come flying out of the tiny kitchen into the dining room, a Mad Hatter’s jumble of all-white chairs, cupboards, and doilies. You can make a meal for a set price of $38 with three choices from categories named Field, Sea, Land, and Dream. If you’re feeling crazy you could have only desserts, one of which should be the malted blondie, chewy and topped with a singed marshmallow. But sensible eaters would start with a vibrant, Asian-influenced salad of mint and bits of sausage, crunchy with toasted rice and topped with deep-fried crawfish. They might then move on to slices of raw steelhead trout garnished with shards of lentil pappadum and cilantro cream. And they could finish with a modern surf and turf: pork tenderloin on coconut rice with delicate shrimp. (8/13)
