This restaurant has been in the Paez family for 28 years, run first by parents Al and Olga, then by their son Derrik, and now by their daughter Erica and her husband, chef Chris Hight. Their simplified menu of home-style Italian cooking has lured overflow crowds of loyal fans, who gratefully order the spaghetti and meatballs, the chicken milanese, and the fettuccine Alfredo, which sports caramelized onions and bacon in addiction to the usual rich sauc.
